1. Industrial Class Air Bag Blowing Machine
For high-capacity packaging lines
requiring continuous speed and durability:
Model LA-E5P (Specialized
for Air Pillow bags): Achieves
extremely high speeds up to 30 meters/minute. The machine has a bladeless
design and Teflon belt, allowing for maintenance-free operation.
Model LA-F2 (Specialized
for Air Bubble film): Achieves
speeds of 25 meters/minute, supporting film rolls up to 800mm wide. 1. Uses
brushless DC motors for a lifespan 10 times longer than conventional motors.
2. Medium-Range Airbag Blower (Business & High-capacity Class)
Model LA-E4S: Speed of 18 meters/minute, supports a
variety of film types from air cushions (Pillow), bubbles to air tubes.
Model LA-E4T: High-capacity machine supporting large
film roll diameters up to 300mm. Intelligent core heating system allows the
machine to run continuously for 150-200 hours (equivalent to 140,000 meters of
film).
