WHAT IS THE KAIYU KAI-1000-600 NEEDLE DETECTOR
During the final packaging and export stages of garments,
plush toys, footwear, and headwear, checking for broken needles and ferrous
foreign objects inside packed cartons is an essential quality inspection
requirement.
The KAIYU KAI-1000-600 is a specialized
conveyor-type needle detector engineered with an extra-large tunnel aperture (1000
mm Width x 600 mm Height). This design allows complete, sealed carton boxes
to pass directly through the conveyor for bulk metal inspection without opening
each carton to check individual garments, significantly saving labor and
speeding up delivery schedules.
PICTURE IT SIMPLY: Much
like an airport baggage scanner, you place the entire packed cardboard box onto
the conveyor belt. As the box passes through the magnetic induction tunnel, the
machine automatically scans it. If a broken needle or ferrous foreign object is
detected inside, the system immediately sounds a buzzer and flashes warning
lights to stop the carton for inspection.
