Standing Automatic Surface Labeling Machine – Model SL-170.

Descriptions: 

 SL-170 is an automatic plane labeling machine equipped with conveying equipment, suitable for automatic continuous plane labeling of boxes, plates and blocks. It has a wide range of applications, such as information labels on outer packaging boxes of products in food, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals and other industries. It adopts man-machine interface touch screen operation and digital control over labeling actions, contributing to easy operation, automatic labeling, and stable and accurate positioning. 

This machine can be equipped with a coder or inkjet printer to print dates of manufacture, batch numbers, bar codes and other information on the labels before labeling. 

Working Principle: 

• A workpiece moves linearly on the conveyor belt at a constant speed. 
• When the workpiece moves to a certain position, the digital optical fiber sensor sends a labeling signal; and then the labeling motor will start to compete the actions of tape feeding, labeling and tape winding. 
• Touch the screen manually to digitally control the labeling position (front and rear); 
• Adjust the labeling position (horizontal) through the horizontal guide rail. 
• Adjust the distance between the machine head and the conveyor belt through the height guide rail for workpieces with different heights.
